Poster/Talk Instructions
- Talk:
You are alloted 12 minutes followed by 3 minutes of questions to present your oral communication.
Loading of your power point or pdf file (on the conference computer) will be organized 30 minutes before the beginning of the session (i.e. from 8:30 to 9:00 a.m. on the Tuesday and Thursday morning, and from 8:00 to 8:30 a.m. on the Wednesday morning; and from 13:30 to 14:00 p.m. for the afternoon sessions).
- Poster:
We recommend delegates place their poster between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m. in the Atrium of the conference building to give the opportunity to the attendees to view the posters during the coffee and lunch breaks before and during the poster session.
I remind that the poster dimensions are: 1.3m (height) x 1m (width) maximum.
